Walden’s Equity & Inclusion Policy

Reporting a Grievance

In accordance with Section 504: 34 CFR 104.7(b), Title IX: 34 CFR 106.8(b), Title II: 28 CFR 35.107(b) Walden has adopted a Grievance Policy and Process to ensure prompt and equitable resolution of student and employee complaints alleging any discrimination based on sex or disability.

Personally identifiable information is not a classification of records under Utah Code Section 63G, Chapter 2, Government Records Access and Management Act. Access to government records is governed by Utah Code Section 63G, Chapter 2, Government Records Access and Management Act.
